A Yoga teacher for many years, Marion Harris has designed this workshop to enhance the benefits and pleasures of Yoga by concentrating on the Cobra pose. When the Feldenkrais principles are applied they can unlock Yoga’s fullest potential by releasing habitual restrictions. The method brings an expanded awareness of movement through the entire body, enabling postures to be experienced more deeply and without risk of injury. Participants will discover a remarkable difference in their mobility and ease. All levels of Yoga experience are welcome.

“ I am looking forward to integrating what I’ve learned over the last two days into my Yoga practice – using the ease of movement in the asana I struggle with.”
Cheryl Smith
“This was a wonderful experience for me. I have learned so much in just a short time. I admire your technique and appreciate your knowledge and expertise. (I’ve been teaching Yoga for 28 years and sometimes wonder is there anything “new” – and you have taught me something new). Thank you.”
Sincerely, Marilyn Jay, Yoga Teacher
“Incredible opening and release – a beautiful learning to enhance what we aim for in Yoga but so often lose – a window into how the body moves in its most natural state.”
