“Feldenkrais is not just pushing muscles around, but changing things in the brain itself.” – Karl Pribram, M.D., Neuro-Scientist
About our Teachers
About our Awareness Through Movement® Teachers:
Marion Harris
Marion Harris, founder and director of the Feldenkrais® Centre in Toronto, is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner®, a Certified Bones for Life® Trainer/Teacher and an authorized Sounder Sleep System® teacher.
One of the few practitioners to have trained directly with founder, Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, Marion is nationally recognized and respected in Feldenkrais Method instruction.
Combining her warm, dynamic presence with her three plus decades of teaching experience (including 12 years as a yoga instructor), Marion coaxes the best from her students–helping them reduce muscular stress, recognize and change damaging or inefficient movement habits, and increase strength, flexibility and vitality–both in body and mind.
Marion says continued practice and teaching of the Feldenkrais Method make her appreciate its genius, and deepens her commitment to make Feldenkrais accessible to everyone.

Abigail Kelly
Abigail Kelly is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner® and a member, in good standing, of the Feldenkrais Guild® of North America.
Abigail discovered Feldenkrais years ago learning “how to align the spine” in a workshop taught by Aarti Rana M.D. and continued on the floor in Marion Harris’ classes learning how much more light, efficient and easy movement can be whether running, swimming, lifting weights or simply walking across a room. She is captivated by the depth of the method; her life gained a richness and functionality that was missing in her yoga practice and workouts.
Her pedagogy is grounded in the belief that paying attention is the essence of learning so we are always learning regardless of age or ability.
We can all revitalize our bodies, brains and lives.
