BETTER BENDING
Bending, turning and reaching are fundamental movements involved in most daily activities. The spine, with its 24 vertebrae, is designed for a wide range of movements when we bend, turn and reach. Over time habitual movements patterns limit the full potential of our spines and can lead to reduced range of movement, stiffness and pain.
In this guided Feldenkrais workshop you will learn how to:
• to use the hips to facilitate easier bending
• the spine can bend and rotate with greater freedom
• to engage the core for a greater range of movement
• develop greater support for back, hips and pelvis
• improve overall balance posture
