Give your neck and shoulders a little love this summer.
In this ONLINE workshop SUE SETO teaches a series of four 1 hour Awareness through Movement™ classes to keep you agile and mobile. Sue will explore how to improve functional movements like bending and turning, walking and rising to stand, and lifting and reaching.
By the end of the four classes you may very well find you have refined your abilities to reach and lengthen, release pain, tension and stiffness, maintain comfort in a dynamic posture.
So you can keep walking, biking, swimming, gardening, golfing, tennis-ing, pickle ball-ing, camping, sleeping and breathing with ease and joy all summer.
Monday-Thursday August 21,22,23, 24 8:00pm – 9:15pm
Rate: $60 – includes a 5 week replay

Workshops are open to all experience levels and conditions. Each student learns according to their own needs, abilities, and rate of progress.
The Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes and workshops directly to you.
This workshop will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.
