The hip is a ball-and-socket joint constructed for movement in many directions, including rotation. Unfortunately many movement patterns we develop overtime contradict or interfere with these natural movements. Discover better, more efficient ways to move your lower back and hips to recover mobility and avoid injury and pain.
Through the gentle and effective use of Feldenkrais lessons you will learn how to:
• Discover the full range of motion in your hips, pelvis, and lower back
• Develop smoother, more coordinated movement through your core
• Learn to increase ease and comfort when sitting, standing, or walking
• Build better alignment and overall posture
