No More Pain in the Jaw & Neck – Spring Workshop

You can avoid jaw tension with its accompanying, often debilitating headache, neck and shoulder pain. In this workshop we will learn gentle exercises that can relieve jaw pain while improving the comfort, mobility and working relationship of the head, neck, mouth and jaw.
Through the gentle and effective use of Feldenkrais lessons you will learn how to:
• Develop awareness of the movement patterns that lead to jaw pain
• Learn how tension in your jaw can impact your vision, hearing as well as the quality of your voice, both talking or singing
• Employ techniques to balance the muscles of the jaw
• Optimize the overall function of the jaw
• Feel better and have a more youthful and relaxed appearance
