No More Pain in the Neck
Every day we do myriad tasks that stress and strain the muscles of our neck, shoulders and upper back: sitting at a computer, driving a car, even talking on the phone.
Of course the culprit is not simply the task itself, but the way we perform it. The more compromised posture and movement patterns are, the heavier the head feels and the harder the small muscles in the neck have to work.
In this ONLINE workshop SUE SETO will teach simple, effective Feldenkrais lessons to ease muscular tension, improve skeletal alignment and reorganize movement patterns.
Lighten the load on your neck and shoulders.

Workshops are open to all experience levels and conditions. Each student learns according to their own needs, abilities, and rate of progress.
The Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes and workshops directly to you.
This workshop will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.
