As lockdown restrictions increase and the weather gets colder, many of us are spending more hours in front of screens than we are used to. While screen time keeps us connected, it can take a toll on those rounded shoulders and bent necks.
Join our online classes this week and relieve the stress and strain you might be holding in your shoulders, neck and upper back.
Explore the ways the Feldenkrais method helps you stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life. Learn some functional ways to keep moving even when you’re stuck in the house.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.
It’s a free app and can be accessed here: http://zoom.us/signup
After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
