Lockdown restrictions, winter weather, working from home all have us sitting a lot more than we are used to. If your hips are complaining about it, join our online classes this week and learn an easy way to increase mobility and ease, even if we are staying close to home.
Explore all the ways the Feldenkrais method helps you stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.
It’s a free app and can be accessed here: http://zoom.us/signup
After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
