Pain in your head, neck and shoulders is often accompanied by tension in your jaw and a tense jaw can exacerbate head, neck and shoulder pain. It can be a relentless, debilitating cycle.
But there is a way out.
In this NEW 2-PART WORKSHOP you will learn gentle movements that can relieve jaw pain while improving the comfort, mobility and working relationship of the head, neck and mouth.
Through the gentle and effective use of Feldenkrais lessons Abigail Kelly will teach participants how to:
- Develop awareness of the movement patterns that lead to jaw pain
- Reduce tension in the mouth and jaw
- Optimize the overall function of the jaw
- Relieve headache or neck pain before it becomes chronic
- Feel better and have a more youthful and relaxed appearance

The Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes and workshops to you.
