Living through a pandemic ain’t easy. Adapting to this new normal of lineups, mask debates, physical distances, social bubbles, outbreaks, constant updates and online everything, adds a whole new level of stress. And while Feldenkrais will never be a vaccine for Covid-19, it is an antidote to Covid-anxiety.
Join our Saturday Special online class to learn simple, easy movements that engage your parasympathetic nervous system and help you manage stress and cultivate resiliency. You’ll be able to take them with you for the next time you’re stuck in a line or behind a hot mask or listening to a crazy man on t.v.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
