Breathing is so automatic we often give little awareness to it. But when we harness it, we have a powerful tool to reduce stress and anxiety, improve energy and clarity and adapt to the demands of life.
Join our Saturday Special Online class to explore all the ways you can breathe and bring flow back to your breath.
As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
