Saturday Special – Your Core & Your Pelvic Floor

Like the floor under your feet supports you with a sense of stability, balance and control, your pelvic floor and core muscles support your pelvic organs, control urinary and bowel habits, stabilize your spine and support your breath. When it’s functioning well, we often don’t pay much attention to it. But when its health is compromised, incontinence and pain can make life miserable.

Join our Saturday Special online class and learn how to reeducate and reorganize your pelvic floor and core to bring back a sense of internal stability and control.

As we adapt to the new reality of staying home, the Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness through Movement classes to you.

The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

It’s a free app and can be accessed here: http://zoom.us/signup

After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor 1 hour before the class time containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
