October : Easy Sitting
You might have heard “sitting is the new smoking”. It’s partially true – many of us sit in a static position for extended periods of time which can result in chronic low back pain, a disengaged core, hunched shoulders and forward head posture.
Even though sitting is an unavoidable part of life, it doesn’t have to be uncomfortable or static.
Join our online classes all month and improve your posture, re-engage your core and ease your neck shoulder and back tension, helping you sit (and stand) easier.
We are offering our special monthly class bundle so you can make healthy movement a habit with weekly Awareness Through Movement classes.
Classes included are: Sunday October 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31st. 10:00am class time
Explore the possibilities of flexible minds and flexible bodies. Experience the ways the Feldenkrais method can help you stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life.
Classes are open to all experience levels and conditions. Each student learns according to their own needs, abilities, and rate of progress. Please note there are no carryovers for missed classes.
The Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes directly to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.
