The Feldenkrais method is a way to stay healthy, aware and resilient to the stresses of daily life.
Classes are open to all experience levels and conditions. Each student learns according to their own needs, abilities, and rate of progress. Please note there are no carryovers for missed classes.

The Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes directly to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

**REGISTRATION CLOSES 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF FIRST CLASS.
After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
