September : Easy Walking
All month our Awareness through Movement classes will explore the conditions we all need to walk with greater ease and grace. Join us to find your footstrike, oil your hips joints and refine your contralateral swing.

We are offering our special monthly class bundle so you can make healthy movement a habit with weekly Awareness Through Movement classes.
Classes included are: Wednesday September 8, 15, 22 & 29th. 11:30am class time
Explore the possibilities of flexible minds and flexible bodies. Experience the ways the Feldenkrais method can help you stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life.
Classes are open to all experience levels and conditions. Each student learns according to their own needs, abilities, and rate of progress. Please note there are no carryovers for missed classes.
The Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes directly to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

**REGISTRATION CLOSES ONE HOUR BEFORE THE START OF CLASS.
After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
