November : Easy Reaching and Bending
From putting on shoes to putting away dishes, bending and reaching are two functional movements most of us do multiple times a day. Even though it feels like your arms are doing the lion’s share of the work, both movements can feel effortless when your arms work together with the rest of you. You can reach further and bend easier when your feet are grounded, your spine flexible and your head free.
Improving the relationship between your limbs and your torso is a unique aspect of the Feldenkrais method. Join our online classes this month and refine your organization so every day movements stay functional and accessible.
Explore the possibilities of flexible minds and flexible bodies. Experience the ways the Feldenkrais method can help you stay healthy, comfortable and resilient to the stresses of daily life.
Classes are open to all experience levels and conditions. Each student learns according to their own needs, abilities, and rate of progress.
The Feldenkrais Centre is now bringing our Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes directly to you.
The classes will be presented online using Zoom, an online service provider that combines video conferencing and online meetings.

After you register and purchase your class, you will receive an email from the instructor containing the invitation link to join the online class via zoom.
